After School Program

Elementary School Program

Elementary School After School runs from 3:15-6:00 every day. The schedule is as follows:

  • 3:15-3:30 Snack and attendance
  • 3:30-4:15 Outside play
  • 4:15-5:30 Choice time: art projects, building, science, and outdoor activities
  • 5:30-6:00 Chill-Out time with a second snack
  • 6:00 Pick Up (Late fees are $1 per minute after 6:00)

Middle School Program

Middle School After School runs from 3:15-6:00 every day. The schedule is as follows:

  • 3:15-3:30 Snack and attendance
  • 3:30-4:00 Indoor/Outdoor free choice time
  • 4:00-4:45 Academic Time
  • 4:45-5:00 All ASP Assembly
  • 5:00-5:45 Enrichment Activity Time - guided activities in arts, tech, games, sports, and more!
  • 5:45-6:00 Clean Up and Pick Up (Late fees are $1 per minute after 6:00)

After school is 25% off for families who qualify for free and reduced lunch.

Additional financial aid is available by filling out our Application for Additional Financial Aid

Payments can be made via PayPal (3% extra for fees), online bill pay, or our automatic bank draft. (See the Payments tab for more information).

Payments must be made on or before the 25th of the month, prior to month of enrollment (ex. Payment for August must be made on July 25th).

If enrolled for a full year, 10 payments will be made from August to May. Payments are not related to the number of days in any given month. The few days of ASP in July, at the beginning of the school year, and June, at the end of the school year, are free.

Drop ins are $20/day - please contact the after school director by noon that day to register.

Late fees are $1 per minute after 6:00.

Registration

Parents must register their child(ren) in order to attend after school. No children can attend After School without registering beforehand, even if they attended last year.

Policies

Parents must come in to pick up and sign out their child(ren).

If school is dismissed early due to inclement weather, ASP is canceled.

All rules in the Parent Handbook apply to the After School program.

All families signing up for after school at the middle school must agree to our Discipline Policy. If there are any questions or concerns about the policy, please contact Kendra.
