Teacher Appreciation Luncheons

CPSC parents show their appreciation for our extraordinary teachers and staff near the end of every quarter.  From 11am to 1pm the kitchen is transformed with a fabulous potluck buffet luncheon. Class Parents ask for volunteers to bring in main dish, side dish, dessert or supplies, and for someone to cover the class while the teacher takes a well-deserved lunch break with his or her colleagues. 

Check the school Events Calendar to confirm dates, but pencil in Tuesday of the last FULL WEEK of each quarter.

If you're providing food for the luncheon:

• Make enough to serve 6-8 people per dish.
• Prepare your food for serving in advance (e.g., chickens carved, pies sliced, etc.).  
• Have your food in the kitchen, ready to serve, before 11 a.m.
• Label any serving bowls and utensils that you would like to get back.
• Pick up bowls and utensils by the end of the day.
• Label your dish for recipe requests.
• Label if vegetarian or contains nuts.
