Registration

Online registration is strongly preferred!

Deadlines

Registration and payment is due...

CAMPS: 7 days before camp begins

CLUBS: by the first day of the quarter

AFTER-SCHOOL: 10 days before school begins OR by the first day of the quarter for mid-year enrollments

Returning ASP families should re-register for After-School before the end of the previous school year. Bank drafts will remain in force; no need to renew.

Automatic Bank Drafts

After-School and Before-School fees can be automatically withdrawn from your checking account each month. Easy!

You can pay in ten equal payments (drafted on the 20th of each month) OR once at the beginning of the school year.

Automatic bank draft will remain in force until you tell us to stop it, or withdraw your child from our child care programs. No need to renew! Just remember to change it if you move to a new bank.

Online Bill Pay

Most banks offer an online Bill Pay feature, which is acceptable as a method of payment. Be sure the payment comes to CPSC with your child's name and the month you're paying for.

Please note that if your bank mails checks, they must go to 724 Foster Street, NOT 121 Hunt Street.

PayPal Payments

We prefer PayPal for Camps & Clubs registration. It's an easy and secure way to pay online. The registration forms will automatically connect you to PayPal when you submit your registration.

If you are unable to use PayPal, an alternative is to use your bank's online Bill Pay process. We CANNOT accept payments at school by cash or check. We do require payment in full along with your registration.

For Payment Label, please tell us (in 200 characters or less) what activity you're paying for, and your child's name. For example:

  • ASP November Julie & Kyle
  • Frisbee Club for K'shawn
  • Spring Camp - Mariella
